Description:
ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SPECIALISTS

We are seeking two Organisational Development Specialists to join the People and Culture team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving and supporting various organisational development initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, and wellbeing of our employees, and ensuring our culture meets our future needs.
These positions report to Organisational Development Managers, with one role on a fixed-term basis, focussed on initiatives related to employee wellbeing, employee experience, and recognition. The second role is a permanent position tasked with promoting cultural initiatives aligned with the new RACQ values, and spearheading efforts in employee engagement through the Your Voice engagement surveys.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and support OD initiatives and projects, ensuring successful development, delivery, and implementation, specifically a large culture transformation program of work and wellbeing strategy.
- Design and implement employee surveys, analyse data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Leverage employee data to drive organisational effectiveness and performance improvements.
- Utilise knowledge of organisational development practices and change management theory to facilitate smooth transitions during periods of change.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality communication output.
- Utilise data analytics to communicate stories and solve problems effectively.
- Liaise confidently with senior management across the business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
