The role
As our new Organizational Change & Communication Student Assistant, you will be supporting the people side of change when delivering IT solutions to our end-users across all functions in Ascendis Pharma.
You will join the Ascendis Pharma Global IT Change Management Team and become part of a tight-knit, resourceful, and autonomous team. You will have the opportunity to make your mark and run your own projects in a flexible environment where ‘the way we do things’ are always up for discussion.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and executing on end-user engagement plans, including drafting communication content, training material, and ad hoc deliverables as part of IT projects and change initiatives
  • Building information sites for IT solutions where end-users can find relevant information
  • Engaging with key project stakeholders to strengthen cross-functional collaborations
  • Support the continuous development of an organizational change management toolbox and collaborate with Global IT stakeholders to shape the ways of working in Global IT
  • Ad hoc assistance with change management (e.g., communication and training) deliverables in Global IT
    Your professional qualifications
    Ideally, you are starting your third year of your Bachelor studies or the first year of your Master’s studies in the fields of Communication, Change Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Digital Health, IT, or something completely different. You are proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.
