WHY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Manager to join our client’s team on a full time basis. As the Organizational Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth transitions during a period of organizational change for our client . The company recognizes the need to evolve in response to market dynamics, technological advancements, and strategic growth initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that these changes are effectively managed, adopted, and integrated across all levels of the client’s organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Over 5 years of experience in organizational change management, encompassing a structured change management approach, communications, change communications, and employee engagement.
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Change Management Certification, or relevant work experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and progression within the realm of change management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and taking ownership of change management for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Proficient in identifying and strategizing to manage resistance to change.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of leading multiple change management workstreams and being accountable for performance and results.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and the seamless integration of change management milestones and deliverables into project plans.
  • Skilled in conducting stakeholder analysis, audience segmentation, message definition, and channel selection.
  • Competent in evaluating user readiness and planning for the transition of ownership to the business.
  • Proficient in defining and measuring success metrics and vigilantly monitoring the progress of change initiatives.
  • Sole responsibility for devising and executing an enterprise-wide change management strategy and associated change plans.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, with a natural aptitude for strategic planning and tactical execution.
  • Adaptable and flexible, capable of thriving in ambiguous situations.
  • Previous experience in mentoring team members in the field of change management.
  • Possesses an impeccable attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborates closely with leadership, corporate and public affairs, and representatives from various divisions in the field to capture employee perspectives. Ensures these insights are incorporated into the development of strategies and tactics aimed at addressing potential areas of resistance.
  • Engages with identified stakeholders to cultivate positive working relationships, foster mutual understanding, and secure commitment to program implementation and strategies for overcoming resistance to change.
  • Identifies potential resistance to change and formulates strategies and tactics to proactively address anticipated resistance.
  • Provides support to the team’s efforts in working with operational teams, regions, and partner groups to gather inputs essential for the development and execution of change initiatives.
  • Takes charge of capturing, customizing, and delivering project impact analyses, as well as assessing readiness for change among key stakeholder groups.
  • Conducts or oversees end-user training as needed.
  • Measures and reports on the adoption, sustainability, and compliance with the execution of new initiatives.
  • Holds responsibility for ensuring that project plans incorporate appropriate change enablement strategies and tactics.
  • Drives the creation of communication materials to facilitate the implementation, education, and sharing of information related to change initiatives.
  • Contributes to the establishment of business integration approaches across projects and recommends improvements for consistency and overall effectiveness.
  • May assume leadership roles in projects, ranging from small to large scale.
  • Defines success metrics and monitors the progress of change initiatives.
  • Takes the lead in conducting impact analyses for projects, evaluating their readiness for change, and presenting recommendations accordingly.
  • Develops a structured methodology for assessing the impact of change, involving the identification of key stakeholders, impact analyses, and readiness assessments.
  • Drives change management tasks while ensuring adherence to quality standards, consistency in delivery, and balancing workloads.
  • Adheres to key change milestones and delivery timelines, collaborating with project Senior Managers and product owners to keep change tasks or workstreams on track. Conducts routine assessments to validate progress and outcomes.
  • Develops and, when necessary, executes a communications plan for internal corporate-wide and department-specific employee communications related to IT initiatives. Designs various communication deliverables, including strategic presentations, executive memos, leader messages, tool kits, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), with guidance from leadership. Identifies suitable communication channels and tailors messages for segmented audiences. Innovates in stakeholder communications and collaborates with corporate and internal communications teams.
