A LITTLE ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • 4 or more years of related experience in leading a variety of strategic change initiatives
  • Demonstrated understanding of Change Management methodology
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a big plus
  • Equivalent combination of the above may be appropriate

Responsibilities:

WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT:

The Organizational Change Specialist partners with business leaders across Beem to drive positive change, promote adaptability, and boost employee engagement, while achieving the credit union’s strategic objectives. The Organizational Change Specialist utilizes an effective change management framework to lead and influence change across a broad range of stakeholders, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the success of current and future organizational changes and transitions. This is a hybrid role and can be based out of any Beem Credit Union location.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Change Management

  • Contributes to the establishment and maintenance of a change management framework to be used to support and track all changes across the organization.
  • Develops critical foundational materials such as stakeholder maps, user personas, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, etc. that funnel up into integrated change management strategies and plans.
  • Delivers on integrated change management strategies inclusive of stakeholder engagement, sponsor / leadership-led activities, communications, training, sustainment, and resistance management tactics.
  • Leads training development and delivery in partnership with HR and Departmental Leads.
  • Partners with multi-disciplinary teams to assess, strategize, develop, and deliver comprehensive change management solutions and tactics.

Business Partnership, Collaboration & Leadership

  • Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to stay apprised of project requirements and leads/facilitates meetings to ensure the “people-side” of projects is prioritized.
  • Consults with and provides change management expertise to various business units to enable effective change within their teams from a prioritization, delivery, adoption, and sustainment standpoint.
  • Leverages connections with Leadership and Change Influencer Network to activate support and influence a change resilient and agile culture.
  • Maintains a broad-based understanding of organizational business operations as well as general operational knowledge of different operational departments to effectively support all stakeholders through change.

Research, Analysis & Reporting

  • Measures effectiveness of change management and adoption to changes; provide regular reporting and relevant analytics to leadership and raise any trends, risks, or issues.
  • Keeps apprised of current industry and trends and best practices; makes appropriate recommendations for Beem in alignment with the Credit Union’s strategic objectives.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies.
