Job Description
This role will see you work closely with members of our HR village to support and guide stakeholders at all levels of our business. The Avaloq HR village is made up of a group of dedicated friendly professionals based around the world who love to work in a collaborative team working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of creating and delivering a range of organizational changes by successfully influencing culture change and supporting the development of a performance culture in organizations
  • Knowledge and understanding of OD processes and interventions in order to embed culture change, behaviours and values, and achieve business success by identifying skills gaps and developing learning solutions.
  • Be customer-focussed with the ability to build a strong business relationship with senior managers (up to C level)
  • You will be experienced in being able to use reporting to track the success of changes using your strong analytical skills, and use this information and creative thinking to find solutions to any issues
  • Project Management and change management skills with the ability to manage complex and difficult OD projects to a successful conclusion

Responsibilities:

  • Partners closely with HR Lead to stay constantly connected to the business needs.
  • You will identify opportunities to drive stronger organizational effectiveness and use your problem-solving skills to improve organizational performance
  • Identify , design and deliver interventions to lead and manage change working closely with different stakeholders including HR Manager for HR interventions and using a wide range of tools and approaches tailored to address the organization’s specific needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of any intervention through data collection to determine if the initiative is meeting goals and achieving defined success indicators in partnership with HR Lead and BA Leadership team.
