Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an OD Consultant, with a specific focus on two key strategics projects impacting engagement and performance, you will contribute to align and enhance the employee experience while supporting the achievement of our business objectives. As a member of the Talent Management team, reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, you will interact directly with leaders and teams in our head office, distribution center and stores across Canada.
The normal work schedule is a hybrid of 2 days per week in the office/field and 3 days remotely.
