Description:

Your responsibilities

  • Work as part of the Center of Expertise Organizational Development & CSR in our EMEA headquarter
  • You lead or support projects including the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS) with cross regional and cross functional impact in line with overall project goals
  • You are the regional subject matter expert and migration lead for EMEA including project and change management
  • Close cooperation with subject matter experts and HR colleagues from EMEA as well as global HQ
  • You are responsible for assessing end-to-end processes for learning management, steering and supporting adaptation for the region
  • Responsible for supporting and advising the Human Resources community with an end-to-end mindset
  • Ensure migration data and content readiness
  • Building and laterally managing a community of HR colleagues
  • The LMS integration will be the priority when starting, the role may change after, in alignment with the overall Organizational Development strategy

Your qualification

  • Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field (e.g. Psychology, HR, Business Administration) required
  • Certification in organizational development, change management etc. beneficial
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of OD ideally in a large multinational company or as consultant for international clients
  • Several years experience and successful implementation of learning and development concepts
  • LMS knowledge beneficial
  • Experience in working in an international matrix organization
  • Experience in Project Management & Change Management
  • Strong learning ability, business acumen, results orientation and attention to details; striving for excellence and with a passion for creating lasting impact
  • Strong command of English is a must – both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
  • Working in a structured way and enjoying co-creating impactful solutions with other colleagues
  • Strong in convincing others and building informal networks to foster true collaboration across the organization; enjoy working together with different nationalities, personalities and functions
  • Experienced in presenting convincingly in front of different audiences including Senior Stakeholders
  • Position is part-time (20hrs per week)
