Description:

Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for an Organizational Effectiveness Manager. Reporting to the Director, Talent Management, you will be responsible for leading the Organizational Effectiveness Team in the development and implementation of programs related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Team Member engagement, and performance management.
You will contribute to fostering an environment where diversity is celebrated and every Team Member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best. You will also play a vital role in shaping our culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring that our performance management processes support our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development and delivery of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and resources that support the DEI strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead the design and development of Team Member engagement initiatives, programs, and activities including Team Member surveys, assessments, and recognition programs.
  • Lead the performance management program that drives high performance principles and integrates with the succession planning program.
  • Partner with the Communications and Events Team in designing internal communications and events strategies to keep Team Members informed and engaged.
  • Facilitate training sessions/meetings/workshops aimed at organizational development and effectiveness programs.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders to develop insights and understanding into the organization’s needs, opportunities, and constraints.
  • Develop, measure, and monitor performance indicators and ROI; provide input into the quality and consistency of new and existing programs.
