Description:

If you are looking for a long-term position as a Dental Lab Technician (located at our north location) in a progressive specialty clinic, with great pay and benefits please read below. We are looking for a Full-Time Dental Lab Technician to join our office (32-40 hours/week). The successful applicant must be self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, caring and a compassionate individual to connect with team members, parents and patients. It is also important that this person possesses a positive attitude with professional commitment and is friendly and out-going in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • Dental Technician license
  • Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
  • Preferably computer literate and learn new software easily
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Availability to work during applicable business hours
  • English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Fabrication/repairs of orthodontic appliances (soldering/use of laser welder to fabricate appliances)
  • Fabrication/repairs of pediatric appliances (soldering/use of laser welder to fabricate appliances)
  • Using software to print 3D models, pour/trim models when needed
  • Lubrication and maintenance of instruments
  • Sterilization of instruments and infection control
  • Seating patients and disinfecting ops when needed
