Description:

Eccalon is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Analyst to join our team in support of the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the office’s mission to enhance small business participation in Department of Defense acquisitions. This position is specifically focused on supply chain risk and market intelligence, requiring a deep understanding of Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) considerations and related issues.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of supply chain risks within the Department of Defense.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies relevant to the defense sector.
Provide timely and insightful market intelligence reports to inform decision-making processes within the organization.
Support analysis regarding Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) regulations and guidelines and recommend appropriate measures to address any identified concerns.
Work closely with program managers, small business representatives, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Engage with external agencies and organizations to share information, best practices, and coordinate efforts related to supply chain risk and market intelligence.
Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to analyze data related to small business programs, supply chain risks, and market trends.
Generate comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing findings and providing actionable insights
