OSH Fire & Safety Officer

at  SUPREME OFFSHORE FABRICATION PTE LTD

Report directly to Managing Director

• Conduct daily toolbox meeting and risk assessment
• Schedule checking of fire and safety equipment and tools, equipment and lifting equipment
• Conduct safety induction for all sub-contractors
• Inspection of production daily and take appropriate actions
• Update of all legal safety documents of the company schedule check on the facility
• Familiar with OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001:2018 and Audit
• Any ad-hoc job assigned by management
• Liaise closely with production managers, Project Managers, Clients, and Consultants etc on all safety and health issues
• To prepare necessary safety report as requested by management
• Implementation and maintaining the WSH Management system
• Implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures
• Attend WHS meetings, audits, inspections and close up issues pertaining to safety matters etc
• Ensure implementation of EHS legal requirements.
• Facility maintenance of facility, coordinate with contractors for repair if necessary.
• Fire Safety officer (FSM) Preferred
