Description:
- Full Time hours with Monday-Friday shifts, ample admin time
- $82K annual salary + superannuation

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;
- Working with the OSHC Coordinator to implement an educational program and daily practices, that captures children’s skills and interests;
- Working with the OSHC Manager to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities, including daily operations and systems management to plan and meet budgetary requirements;
- Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;
- Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care progra
