DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

We are seeking a highly skilled OSS/BSS Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions for our new B2B offerings. Responsibilities include understanding end-to-end processes, evaluating existing systems, and developing scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures security, scalability, and performance standards are met.

• Analyze and understand business requirements to design efficient and effective IT solutions.
• Develop architectural designs, technical specifications, and system integration plans.
• Assess the feasibility of implementing new solutions and provide recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with development teams, infrastructure teams, and other IT professionals to ensure cohesive implementation.
• Design solutions that are scalable and capable of handling future growth.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architectures, design decisions, and configurations.
• Submit technical architecture to IT architects for review and ensure that developers strictly comply with architecture guidelines.
• Act as an Agile product owner, create stories (Jira), conduct sprint planning and prioritization, act as a direct interface to developers.
• Manage the implementation of new IT releases in SIT and production.
• Ensure a first layer of integration and functional testing on delivered functionalities and organize detailed testing by relevant business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Implement security measures and best practices to safeguard the organization’s data and systems.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot issues related to scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor and train team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
