Responsibilities:
- Posting incoming payments, including both checks and electronic funds transfers
- Accurate and timely booking of money collected through cash and credit card payments
- Manage unapplied cash payments
- Identify and code short/over payments
- Provide support on cash application queries
- Preparing process monitoring/dashboards
- Reconciling of receivable transactions and bank accounts
- Supporting internal/external audits
- Supporting operational performance reporting activities
