POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Outbound Call Center Director to lead our political campaigning initiatives. As a Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our outreach efforts, driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring the success of our political campaigns.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive outbound call center strategies and campaigns focused on political advocacy, voter mobilization, and grassroots engagement.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of call center managers, supervisors, agents, and campaign strategists, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Establish campaign goals, targets, and performance metrics, and oversee the tracking, analysis, and reporting of campaign outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with political consultants, campaign advisors, and external partners to develop campaign messaging, scripts, and voter outreach strategies that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in campaign tactics, technologies, and methodologies to optimize campaign effectiveness, efficiency, and impact.
  • Ensure compliance with campaign regulations, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all outreach activities, data management practices, and communications.
  • Manage campaign budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to maximize return on investment and achieve cost-effective campaign outcomes.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence within the call center team, promoting professional development, teamwork, and a commitment to achieving campaign goals.
  • Represent the organization in political forums, community events, and stakeholder meetings, advocating for campaign priorities, building relationships, and advancing campaign objectives.
  • Stay informed about political developments, policy issues, and electoral trends, and provide strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to inform campaign decision-making and messaging.
