Outbound Inside Sales Representative - MailChimp
Salary: €42,000 per annum and an OTE of €8,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid, Leopardstown, Dublin 18 (Tuesday & Thursday in office)

About the Outbound Inside Sales Representative:
MarketStar is seeking an Outbound Inside Sales Representative to represent our MailChimp client, a leading business marketing tool in the industry. If you thrive on proactively reaching out to potential customers and are ready to contribute to the growth of our successful sales program at MarketStar, this opportunity is for you.
This role offers an exciting chance to spearhead our outbound sales efforts, engaging with prospects and driving growth in an ever-evolving market landscape. You’ll play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base across the EMEA region.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Research and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Drive new business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of MailChimp’s offerings and closing deals.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales approaches to maximize lead conversion and revenue generation.
  • Identify and capitalize on potential upselling opportunities to maximize product penetration within accounts.
  • Cultivate valuable business relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Advocate for the client’s products and services, building interest and awareness among potential customers.

Qualifications:

  • 12 months + of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the SaaS or IT services industry
  • Experience in software vendor, SaaS, or system integrator space is highly desirable.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative technology solutions.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions effectively via phone and email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
