Title: Outbound Sales Manager
Compensation: Base Salary + Benefits + PTO + Commission (OTE $130,000-$148,000)
Location: Thornhill, ON
Term: Full-time, permanent

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in sales management, preferably in an outbound sales environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Effective and inspiring leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage team members
  • Ability to problem solve and develop solutions to diverse and complex situations and enterprise customer accounts
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and sales tools including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the outbound sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets
  • Motivate, coach, and mentor the outbound sales team, managing performance and providing training for continuous improvement.
  • Observe, monitor, and track performance, conducting performance reviews for the team to foster professional growth.
  • Analyze and interpret metrics and KPIs, developing plans and training to optimize performance.
  • Continually assess sales processes, documenting and implementing changes for success.
  • Coach and motivate staff to drive maximum performance and results.
  • Lead by example, fostering an energetic, highly effective culture that inspires employee engagement and effective processes, surpassing stakeholder expectations.
  • Set benchmarks for customer-centric call handling and performance monitoring standards.
  • Assist with department operations, including recruitment efforts to build a high-performing outbound sales team.
  • Create, maintain, and implement sales processes, playbooks, and career paths for Outbound AEs.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to craft solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Continuously improve and implement program guidelines and processes.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement ongoing reporting to track outbound activity and continuously improve on given KPIs.
