As an Outlets Manager, you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing Restaurant and Grab n’ Go operations
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
  • Recruiting, managing, training and developing the Restaurant team
  • Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
  • Driving sales to maximize budgeted revenue
  • Developing menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
  • Overseeing monthly stock takes
  • Incentivizing team members to maximize sales and revenue
  • Setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
  • Evaluating guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ensuring communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
  • Be environmentally aware
  • Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
  • Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
