As an Outlets Manager, you’ll be responsible for
- Managing Restaurant and Grab n’ Go operations
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service
- Recruiting, managing, training and developing the Restaurant team
- Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Working within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll
- Driving sales to maximize budgeted revenue
- Developing menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
- Overseeing monthly stock takes
- Incentivizing team members to maximize sales and revenue
- Setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Evaluating guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ensuring communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated
- Be environmentally aware
- Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
- Complying with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
