Description:

The Outpatients department is looking to recruit an Outpatient Systems Administration Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a key role that is integral to the smooth operation of the department, and staff management and development will form the core of your duties.
You should be able to demonstrate an ability to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and act decisively.
You will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the service manager and general manager to ensure delivery of services to agreed levels and quality performance standards.
Working with the management team to ensure that the operational teams are well supported, are working to agreed standards and protocols and are effective and efficient.
Deputising for the Service Manager as required and attending meetings, forums or venues appropriately delegated by the management team.
