DISCOVER IMPACTFUL WORK:

We are seeking a Customer-Centric Marketer who will be responsible for driving physician outreach at scale through strategic marketing efforts. This role requires a strong focus on leveraging technology to efficiently execute marketing initiatives with our largest customers and emerging partnerships. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies, using various channels and tactics to optimally engage with customers and end users. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry preferably in diagnostics, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of using technology to scale marketing execution. EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or business development in diagnostics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading successful customer-centered initiatives that impact business.
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape, trends, and challenges in diagnostics preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technologies and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience in clinician engagement preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% including occasional weekends and international travel.
  • Business-savvy with an interest in strategizing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Customer-centric approach, crafting effective multi-channel solutions.
  • Great teammate adept at cross-functional collaboration.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in business software applications and virtual communication tools.
  • Coachable with a strive to learn and succeed.
