Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Manage the development and execution of a winning outreach strategy for the Air Medical Field Crew Based Marketing. Work closely with Base Outreach Coordinators and Account Executives across the United States to complete monthly expectations for outreach to EMS and Hospital providers (education, PR, etc.). Partner and coordinate with the Outreach Manager and Outreach Specialist II’s to ensure educational and PR goals are met as well as an appropriate level of crew engagement is being followed.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following:
- Manage the performance of Base Outreach Coordinators (BOCs) in support of the Commercialization Strategy, Outreach Education goals, and the overall business objectives. Coordinate with Outreach Specialist II’s, Outreach Manager, Area Manager, and Account Executive regarding the BOC’s daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Communicate regularly with BOCs and Account Executives to review performance and determine appropriate levels of support. Provide updates and materials to Base Outreach Coordinators and teammates in the field.
- Provide guidance and resources to BOC’s following the direction and support of the Outreach Manager and Outreach Specialist II’s.
- Provide monthly reporting to the Outreach Manager detailing their assigned bases performance.
- Partner with Outreach Specialist II’s, BOCs, and Account Executives with developing a plan for regular customer contact, including events and community/industry events, “talking points” for Crew Based Marketing, and marketing materials for PR events and Educational Classes.
- Partner with Account Executives and BOCs in obtaining permission and support for booths and/or sponsorships for industry and community events. Coordinate marketing activities, events, and marketing materials with Account Executives.
- Responsible for ensuring our company and program brands are positioned correctly and consistently for each program and business line.
- Track and provide reporting to the Outreach Manager on the Marketing Public Relations budget for swag, sponsorships, education materials, and program incentives.
- Assist Outreach Specialist II’s and Corporate Communications with social media coordination. Provide updates and material to BOCs and teammates in the field.
- Assist Corporate Communications by gathering data and information for media advisories and press releases. Assist in the collection and contribution of patient success stories and “Adventures in Outreach.” Responsible for partnering with other internal divisions as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular scheduled attendance, remote-based role
- Indicate the percentage of time spent traveling – 10%
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred; and one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of (1) years’ experience in project management, sales coordination or related field
- Experience in medical transportation services or health care preferred
- Healthcare acumen preferred
- Track record of exceeding company KPI’s
SKILLS
- Serve as a partner, advocate and expert for the crews and the community marketing efforts
- Self-starter with competitive spirit and ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, but also function as a key member of a team

COMPUTER SKILLS
