Responsibilities:
ROLE
We’re looking for a Outreach Case Manager to join their team. The Outreach Case Manager will play a crucial role in providing high-quality specialist family violence and housing case management support and advocacy for up to 14 women and their accompanying children.
This includes initial contact, assessment, safety planning, case planning, and exit planning. Candidates will need to provide appropriate crisis intervention support, case management, and advocacy women and their children and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the complex nature and dynamics of family violence, particularly its impact on women and children. Duties include risk assessments, safety plans, and support women in identifying appropriate housing options.
There is also innovation space for development and implementation of new projects or initiatives related to supporting Aboriginal women and children who have experienced family violence.
