Job Description
System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we’re looking to expand our sales team with a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultant. In this position, you’ll meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You’ll then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities.
Our new reps in the Atlanta market are also eligible to participate in a special bonus program during their first thirty (30) days in-the-field, with the opportunity to earn an additional $2,000-$5,000 on top of earned commissions!

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
  • Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
  • Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.
  • Construction experience a plus.
  • If you have a passion for home improvement and/or experience with in-home sales for outdoor living, roofing, windows, doors, bathrooms or kitchens, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
  • Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
  • Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contractors, etc.
  • Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
