REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this role, you will be an ambitious Finance Professional with proven success in Financial Management and Leadership. You will be CA or CPA qualified with a valid Tax Agent registration, with strong knowledge of General Accounting Principles and Reporting. You will be commercially astute with experience in team leadership and mentorship as well as have excellent organisational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of Business Services team, ensuring top-quality delivery of accounting, tax compliance, and corporate secretarial services.
- Manage team resources and work allocation to meet revenue targets, overseeing timely completion of client work and invoicing.
- Develop and enforce efficient processes and procedures for accounting and tax services in line with company policies.
- Drive business growth by promoting services, managing client onboarding, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure accurate preparation of tax compliance work and liaise with regulatory bodies and government agencies.
- Provide expert support in Accounting and Tax matters, conducting training, and fostering team development.
