Description:
OutSystems Support Analyst
A 12 months contract assigned to our MNC client
Work Location: To be confirmed (during the interview)
Salary Range : $4,000-$6500
Job Scope
As an OutSystems Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of custom applications built on the OutSystems platform. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to clients, addressing their technical needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance.
Job Description
- Application Transition and Maintenance:
- Work closely with development teams during the transition phase of applications from development to
production.
- Monitor and maintain existing OutSystems applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and
scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Client Interaction and Requirements Gathering:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
- Translate client requirements into technical specifications and design solutions using OutSystems.
- Provide estimates for development efforts and project timelines.
- Technical Leadership:
- Lead a technical team responsible for application support and maintenance.
- Create and sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning.
- Collaborate with other teams (such as QA, DevOps, and business analysts) to deliver
high-quality solutions.
- Mobile and Web Solutions:
- Work on OutSystems solutions that span both mobile and web platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between mobile and web components.
- Optimize applications for responsive design and cross-device compatibility.
Skills Requirement
OutSystems Proficiency:
- Strong experience in OutSystems development, including creating modules, screens, and logic flows.
- Familiarity with OutSystems Forge components and integration patterns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug OutSystems applications effectively.
Problem-Solving Skills:
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and
quality assurance professionals.
Mobile and Web Development:
- Understanding of mobile and web application development principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
