Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- College Degree and Series 7 & 66 registered preferred
- Trading and Account Management experience preferred
- Must be able to multi-task to exceed the client service expectations of colleagues and advisors
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and processes
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
- Responsive and energetic professional demeanor
- Ability to work beyond normal business hours as needed
- Broad knowledge of the investment business
- In-depth knowledge of overlay portfolio management and Unified Managed Accounts preferred
- Knowledge of Vestmark or other trading platforms preferred

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with Advisors to ensure timely investment of accounts and a clear understanding of expectations in accordance with the client’s chosen strategy and instructions
- Implement and coordinate investment changes among strategies and managers while ensuring compliance with the investment policy and guidelines
- Monitor accounts and relationships to maintain compliance with Investment Policy Statements
- Document exceptions and changes in investment guidelines
- Manage cash levels and gains according to strategy and client objectives
- Work in a team environment with fellow Trading Associates, Portfolio Managers and our Advisors
- Assist in process improvement
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
