    About the role
    Join the Workplace Experience and Compliance team within People & Culture and help make every interaction a positive experience for Red Cross people.
    You will be part of a busy team providing people services nationally, from policy and procedure advice and support on first level queries, to end to end admin across the employee life cycle including compliance and position management.
    It’s an exciting time to join us and grow your HR experience! You will also be exposed to a number of org-wide and P&C projects including the embedding of a new HRIS and continuous improvement of our self-service and ticketing platforms. Ultimately, it’s all about streamlining and enhancing our people experiences.

What you will bring

  • Experience in providing HR administrative support and generalist HR advice in high-volume environments, inclusive of employee and payroll correspondence
  • Experience using a ticketing system (Service Now) / Dayforce / HRIS highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to apply understanding of HR policies and process, employment law and Award frameworks
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to make sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
  • Ability to identify the most effective and efficient processes to achieve outcomes, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities whilst maintaining positive stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communicator, with a strong customer service focus and excellent attention to detail

This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 4. Salary from $82,063.28 FTE + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
