Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented PA/Administrative Assistant?
Our team is looking for an experienced professional to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires someone who has worked closely with Senior Management/CEO and can provide general administrative support. Join us to assist our employees with diverse projects and grow your skills!

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Answer phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Manage accounts and bookkeeping

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant / Office Manager / Admin
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Communication, Management Diploma/Degree would be considered an advantage
  • Must have a car
