JOB DESCRIPTION
A fabulous, varied role encompassing traditional PA duties, marketing support and light touch residential property consultant work. Based 5 days/week in sophisticated offices in the heart of Mayfair working in an intimate team.
I am looking for engaging, highly personable, exceptionally well presented candidates looking for a role with scope to grow and develop professionally. Some office experience is a must, as is a clear passion for residential property. Marketing experience highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- General office admin – answering phones, post, stationery orders, meeting room management
- Maintaining and building long term relationships with clients
- Producing social media content and website management
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives, off and online, enhancing brand awareness
- Maintaining and developing media contacts
- Managing a bi-annual property publication
- Organising the annual Property show
