ABOUT THIS ROLE:

A new and exciting opportun ity for a Pacific Engineering L eader to join the JCI Team . We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Leader to manage a team of Engineers across Australia and New Zealand.

  • D eliver high quality technical solution and engineering deliverables aligned with project schedule to achieve revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across functions (project delivery, sales, backend engineering teams, procurement, and product management) to ensure on time delivery and cost reduction.
  • Provide direction to the engineering team for all engineering assigned including the planning, design, estimation, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain engineering integrity of all projects, ensures quality, technical, administrative, and financial requirements are met.
  • Monitor, assesses, records and reports status, issues, risks and activities in process to meet scheduled deployment and project objectives .
  • Work with Global Complex Engineering Leaders to drive strategic initiates for Pacific region to improve overall engineering efficiency.
  • Work with Project/ Branch Managers , Sales teams, customers, consultants and architects for engineering delivery plan and priorities.
  • Creates and implements sound business plan to provide cost efficient services for targeted revenue growth and margin improvement.
  • Complements project delivery team by developing value added engineering designs to varied applications of systems.
  • Support deployment of Global Engineering and Operations Management tools for the region.
  • Resource planning, hiring and competency development of the team to support business growth.
