Description:

SKILLS BRIEF

  • 5 years + GMP automation experience is essential.
  • A strong level of experience in pharma / life sciences manufacturing and an deep understanding of regulatory standards in this sector is essential.
  • Pack systems experience with B&S and Systech is a significant advantage.
  • Rockwell or Siemens PLC and HMI experience is required.
  • Strong evidence of project delivery in the area of automated packing systems and track and trace systems is required.

THE ROLE

  • Pack Systems Engineer
  • Hybrid Role – 2 days onsite per week required on average – the candidate should be based in South Dublin or a commutable distance to South Dublin

ROLE BRIEF

This role involves working with a major SL Controls client with a focus on packing systems for new product introduction. There will be a focus on the replacement and/or upgrade of obsolete hardware and software upgrades. OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement projects will also form part of the role.
You will work as part of a large automation projects team and have the possibility of moving into other areas such as SCADA or BMS over time.
