WHAT YOU’LL BRING AND BE VALUED FOR
- A WOW communicator - in every role we want our people to communicate with kindness and clarity.
- An expert COLLABORATOR - this role works across the business and with external suppliers and our contract manufacturing partners.
- A DETAILS whiz - attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills would be well utilised.
- Strong ADMINISTRATIVE AND COORDINATION skills - like thinking on your feet, stakeholder engagement and managing multiple priorities.
We are a pretty supportive bunch here and we are keen to share our knowledge, so we are open to all levels, from graduate to experienced. We will teach you what you don’t know, from SAP skills to industry knowledge, as long as you have the willingness to learn and feel inspired around people that are true subject matter experts.
ABOUT US
Douglas is one of New Zealand’s greatest pharmaceutical success stories with an ever-expanding footprint into global markets. Privately owned, we are working to develop, trial, manufacture, test, pack and distribute the very best medicines, nutraceuticals, and products around the world.
At Douglas there are around 650 of us - including top scientists, researchers, manufacturers, regulators, supply chain professionals and engineers, and together we are on a mission to make high quality, effective and accessible products for people who need it.
We are helping people with conditions like depression, schizophrenia, breast cancer, heart failure, severe acne, as well as people who need antibiotics and medicines to support their immune system.
Responsibilities:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Artwork Compliance Coordinator to join our successful and progressive Supply Chain Team.
What does a Packaging Artwork Compliance Coordinator do? The packaging wrapped around our products is more than a pretty box. There is vital information on that packaging that ensures we are compliant (in a very compliance driven industry) and our patients have the right information to keep them safe.
You will coordinate new and/or updated Artwork for printed packaging for our Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic & Nutraceutical products working closely with suppliers. This includes printed materials at all our Douglas sites and our contract manufacturing facilities. You will own the approval process for artwork packaging and will coordinate the implementation of the new artworks into production working closely with the scheduling planners.
You will create and maintain master data for artwork in SAP and generate and receipt purchase orders.
