REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or packing role.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing and labeling.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring packing materials.
• Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.

• Pack products according to specified guidelines, ensuring items are correctly labeled and securely packaged.
• Inspect items for quality and ensure they meet company standards before packing.
• Assemble packing materials such as boxes, crates, or cartons as needed.
• Seal and secure packages to prevent damage during shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area, ensuring that packing materials are properly stored and readily available.
• Assist with loading and unloading shipments, and moving packages to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment while packing and handling products.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production and shipping deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies related to packing or product quality to the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the supervisor or warehouse manager.
