Description:

The PACU Administrative Assistant Function Provides: An accurate, confidential and supportive administration service for the Post Anaesthetic Care Unit, Theatres, patients and, clinical teams, in order to: Ensure the 3-bedded unit is utilised to full capacity at all times, provide a safe and efficient patient pathway and provide information and appropriate support to clinical teams.
The post holder will support the delivery of a comprehensive high quality medical administrative service.
To support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements to provide a high quality supportive secretarial service to the Team Leader, Theatre Systems Manager and Theatres team. To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. To support the facilitation of the patients along a defined pathway.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
