Description:
Within this role, you would have the following main duties: - Caseload management of a community caseload within the South Cheshire Locality - Assessment and intervention of children and young people aged between 0-16, using standardised assessments and evidence based treatment techniques. - Working in a variety of community settings, including mainstream schools, early years settings and nurseries and also clinics. - Completion of P3 clinics which focus on the assessment and treatment of functional difficulties. - Contribution to Education Health and Care plans for children on your caseload, and awareness of the SEND agenda overall - Contribution to peer supervision groups, and the Motiv8 (appraisal) process that is used within CCICP and MCHT.
