Our client is based in Florida, USA, and runs a digital marketing agency focused on the legal industry. The client handles local law firms seeking growth with PPC.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • More than 3+ years experience in managing paid ads campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of paid ad platforms such as GHL, Reddit, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools like Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be proficient in running lead generation ads for any service industry, like home service, law, etc.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the law niche is preferred.
  • GHL experience is important, and some designing experience is preferable.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We seek a highly skilled and creative Paid Ads Specialist who will create, implement, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns to achieve the company’s marketing objectives. The ideal candidate must have the skills to analyze data, identify target audiences, and craft compelling ad creatives, along with proven experience in driving quality traffic, maximizing conversions, and increasing ROI.
Experience in the law niche is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Develop comprehensive paid ads strategies aligned with business goals and target audience preferences.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid ads with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Set up, launch, and monitor ad campaigns.
  • Create ad copies, headlines, and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Analyze campaign data to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Generate regular reports outlining key metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure maximum return on investment.
  • Monitor spending, adjust bids, and allocate resources based on campaign performance and objectives.
