Are you a structured, performance-driven marketer with an eye for trends across Google, Meta, and TikTok? Then you might be the Paid Marketing Specialist we’re looking for at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, one of the world’s most successful – and definitely most fun – retailers.
We are looking for a Paid Marketing Specialist (maternity cover) for Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s Marketing Performance department. The position is a maternity cover with a contract until May 30th, 2025 with the possibility of extension.
In this dynamic role, you will be the channel owner of all paid marketing efforts, responsible for strategizing, planning, and reporting on the performance of campaigns across various platforms to improve the performance of our main KPIs. You will report directly to the Team Lead for Marketing Performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of our paid marketing strategy.
  • Serve as main point of contact for our digital marketing agency, overseeing the setup and execution of campaigns across both search and social platforms.
  • Develop media plans and allocate budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with our marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to main stakeholders, ensuring all paid activities achieve set KPIs.
  • Dive into data insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
