FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client, a multinational beauty company, is looking for a passionate Paid Media Specialist to join their team.
You will be responsible for ensuring paid media campaigns are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the brands via paid media strategies.
Main Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaigns:

  • Work with media and digital agencies on the implementation of paid search and social campaigns;
  • Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs;
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness;
  • Review campaign metrics;
  • Review competition strategies, strengths and opportunities and keep pace with search and social industry trends and developments;
  • Work with Content Specialists to achieve best practice of paid campaigns.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support Digital Marketing Manager to build, execute and measure innovative digital marketing plans;
  • Lead and optimise CRM strategy and email marketing campaigns;
  • Work with the commercial team on the execution of the e-retailer marketing activities;
  • Website management, making adjustments where possible to enhance the company’s presence in search;
  • Analyse website traffic to extract and interpret data generated by online user activity.

Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse PPC campaigns;
  • Utilise analytics tools to track, measure, report and interpret the performance of marketing campaigns;
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and present findings to the marketing team and senior management.

About you:

  • Degree in Digital advertising/marketing or equivalent;
  • Experience in digital marketing, managing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns specifically Paid Search and Paid Social;
  • Strong knowledge and qualifications in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads;
  • Solid knowledge of Meta and Tiktok Business Manager;
  • Strong data analytical skills, and a high degree of proficiency in Excel;
  • Performance-driven with exceptional attention to detail;
  • Adaptability to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies;
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
