Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of a range of optimised adverts and strategies across social media, Google and other advertising platforms
  • Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies and campaign pacing to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to explore copy and creative opportunities across various paid channels to assist with customer acquisition, growth and retention.
  • To support delivery of a customer focussed journey that makes it easy for our clients to interact with us as a business and optimises conversion of high-quality new leads.
  • Ensure the business operates in a compliant manner in accordance with its legal and regulatory requirements, professional standards and internal policies
