Description:
We are currently looking for an apprentice to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.
- Carrying paint and materials to various job sites.
- Loading and unloading of paint and materials to various job sites.
- Packing and cleaning up job sites.
- Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, washing etc.
- Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster).
- Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right colour or texture.
- Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools.
- Apply varnish and other finishes.
- Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions.
- Assisting other Tradesman in various work tasks.
