Responsibilities:
You will:
- Own and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analyses and action plans upon incident resolution
- Lead quality control assurance activities, including executing test plans
- Design and implement privileged access specifications and standards in line with requirements
- Work on PAM and IAM uplift projects alongside the international engineering team
- Work with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT standards that influence how PAM solutions/services should operate.
