POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring accounting professional to further their career while receiving support for their ongoing studies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Part-qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or similar accounting qualification.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns.
• Assist with the year-end audit process.
• Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
