Our small Legal team is responsible for a suite of core legal and compliance services including contracts management, legal advice on application legislation including scientific research and fundraising laws as well as assisting with intellectual property and research integrity matters. Your role as Paralegal will be to provide administrative support to the Head of Legal and our Legal Counsel to maximise the efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing quality and timely legal advice to senior management and key decision makers across the Institute.
  • Work under supervision and assist with drafts, reviews, negotiations and advice on all agreements entered into by the Institute.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Assist to manage Intellectual Property rights.
  • Work with the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel to draft or update company policies and procedures.
