About the role
The Legal team sits at the heart of Revolut and it’s a very important part of the business. This focused bunch supports all other Revolut teams, helping us achieve our goals each and every day
We’re looking for a Paralegal to help support our team. You’ll work with our lawyers on the review and negotiation of vendor contracts, enhancing our contracting processes and supporting all of our product teams across the wider business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting Revolut’s Commercial Legal Team in a variety of tasks ranging from NDA reviews, process automation, and more.
  • Leading document management and other administrative tasks alongside our other paralegals
  • Supporting our product teams within Revolut, including as part of new product initiatives
  • Reviewing commercial documents, including affiliate and third-party agreements.
  • Capturing know-how and assisting with knowledge sharing
  • Putting in place and actively seeking new scalable processes to support the legal team

What you’ll need

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiasm and willingness to roll up sleeves, learn fast, and take responsibility
  • Experience managing large amounts of documents
  • Interest in seeking new technological solutions to make the legal team’s processes and functions more efficient
  • Exceptional sense of autonomy, proactiveness, and determination
  • Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects at once

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • 1+ year of experience of working at a law firm or a company
  • Experience providing strong customer service and forming good working relationships
  • Excellent analytical skills and an ability to demonstrate sound business judgement, even in ambiguous situations
  • Common sense, great judgement, and a good sense of humour
