Description:

Margaret Law Corporation (www.margaretlaw.com.sg) is a boutique Singapore law practice specialising in intellectual property, corporate and commercial law.
We have a vacancy for a motivated team player to join us as a Paralegal. The selected applicant will be part of a highly effective team managing the intellectual property portfolios of prominent local and international clients. There will also be opportunities for the selected applicant to assist in corporate and commercial transactions.
Requirements
1. Some experience working in a law practice or in-house legal department.
2. Knowledge in the field of intellectual property, including trade mark, patent and design prosecution work would be an advantage.
3. Diploma in law or any other discipline.
4. Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in trade mark, patent and design prosecution matters.
  • Managing database records and monitoring deadlines.
  • Filing of official forms on IPOS Digital Hub.
  • Drafting of correspondence and documents.
  • Office administrative work.
