Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking legal research;
  • Assisting with visa applications including drafting online application forms and arranging appointments for the clients;
  • Liaising with clients directly including attending client conference calls and meetings, and taking minutes;
  • Preparing documents and obtaining evidence in support of applications for clients;
  • Proof reading and checking forms and documents for accuracy;
  • Assisting in preparing documents for court hearings;
  • Undertaking administrative tasks as required such as opening matters, requesting and reviewing AML documentation, preparing letters of engagement;
  • Assisting in the promotion and marketing of Irwin Mitchell’s immigration services
