Your Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with administrative and operational tasks within the legal department.
  • Aid in managing legal aspects of general meetings and similar events.
  • Oversight of both physical and electronic storage of contracts.
  • Support for regulatory notifications and registrations.
  • Administration of contracts.
  • Following orientation, independently handling processing and negotiation of terms and conditions for straightforward contracts.

Your profile:

  • Completion of pertinent training (e.g., commercial training); paralegal training is advantageous.
  • Several years of experience in a similar role as a legal assistant or paralegal.
  • Fundamental understanding of Luxembourg company structures.
  • Willingness to handle both paralegal and assistant duties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, efficiently, and reliably.
  • Capacity to work under pressure with a proactive and precise approach.
  • Open-minded personality with quick comprehension and proactive demeanor.
  • Language proficiency: Business fluency in both German and English.
