Description:
Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Paralegal for a immediate start in London.
Please note: This is a initial 3 month contract then will be reviewed!
About the role
- Working for a local housing group you will deal with a wide variety of work in-house for several key client teams in the business as well as fielding queries from around the business
- You will conduct your own caseload of routine/standard property transactions for the client and its Group partners.
- You will also assist the Property and Contracts Lawyers in giving advice to the client and its Group partners or with more complicated transactions, as required.
- You will work well under pressure, as part of a team, and have passion for providing good service
- Hours of work will be between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
- £20.98 per hour paid on a weekly basis
About you
- A recent Law degree or equivalent legal qualification through CILEX or from a Law University
- You will ideally also have completed an LPC or equivalent and have some recent practical experience in a junior capacity in conveyancing, property, or housing law
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of diligence in undertaking legal research
