Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Paralegal for a immediate start in London.
Please note: This is a initial 3 month contract then will be reviewed!

About the role

• Working for a local housing group you will deal with a wide variety of work in-house for several key client teams in the business as well as fielding queries from around the business
• You will conduct your own caseload of routine/standard property transactions for the client and its Group partners.
• You will also assist the Property and Contracts Lawyers in giving advice to the client and its Group partners or with more complicated transactions, as required.
• You will work well under pressure, as part of a team, and have passion for providing good service
• Hours of work will be between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
• £20.98 per hour paid on a weekly basis

About you

• A recent Law degree or equivalent legal qualification through CILEX or from a Law University
• You will ideally also have completed an LPC or equivalent and have some recent practical experience in a junior capacity in conveyancing, property, or housing law
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of diligence in undertaking legal research
