Essential Job Functions
Ability to multi task and handle competing deadlines in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to interact effectively with attorneys and staff is critical. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and efficiently with excellent customer service skills and ability to handle time sensitive projects. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

Administration/Time/Attendance Management

  • Review and manage PeopleSoft and Carpe Diem administrative tasks for multiple offices
  • Create and update relevant case status reports
  • Review and process contract paralegal time
  • Build relationships across the Firm with individuals and departments

Review Process/Orientation/Training

  • Provide administrative support for the Paralegal Review Committee relating to the review process
  • Compile relevant review material and update same
  • Assist with paralegal new hire coordination and related documents including scheduling paralegal training

Qualifications & Requirements

EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Overtime required
