We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to join our team based in Coral Gables, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to first party property claims, including client communication, drafting legal documents, and trial preparation. • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure high-quality service
• Draft pleadings and correspondence with precision and attention to detail
• Manage documents effectively, ensuring compliance with court-ordered deadlines
• Prepare for trials by organizing all necessary documentation and information
• Draft responses to discovery requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Utilize case management software to streamline work processes
• Perform calendar management tasks to ensure all deadlines are met
• Leverage trial experience and preparation skills to support legal proceedings
• File electronic documents (e-File) as required
• Draft legal documents as part of the daily operations.
• Possession of a minimum of three years of experience as a Paralegal.
• Proficiency in using Case Management Software.
• Ability to perform Billing Functions effectively.
• Expertise in Calendar Management.
• Trial Experience is a must.
• Capable of handling Trial Preparation tasks.
• Experience in e-File and e-Filing.
• Knowledge of Discovery process in legal proceedings.
• Ability to Draft Correspondence in a detail oriented manner.
• Experience in Drafting Legal Documents.
• Proficiency in Drafting Pleadings.
